Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a CGPA of 3.00 and above

Position 2: Associate Trainer
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or in a related field of study
Experience: 0 – 2 years of working experience

Position 3: Trainer
Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field. Proven experience in road construction projects.
Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in training personnel, specifically in road construction projects.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and practices in the construction industry.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

Position 4: Nurse
Education: TVET Level IV or Diploma in Nursing or in a related field of study
Experience: 4 years of working experience
