Position 1: Junior Reporting Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing company data for analysis and reporting.
- Support the creation of regular reports and dashboards for management decision-making.
- Collaborate with departments to identify data needs and improve reporting processes.
- Perform basic data validation and ensure data accuracy.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business, Economics, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (internship or project experience in analytics is an advantage).
- Basic knowledge of Excel; exposure to Power BI is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
- Good understanding of business processes and data reporting concepts.
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Full Stack Developer
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
- Collaborate with internal teams to build scalable digital solutions.
- Manage API integrations, database design, and application deployment.
- Support continuous improvement by researching emerging technologies.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of full stack development experience.
- Proficiency in Node.js, React, and database management (SQL).
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Firebase, and version control (Git).
- Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, or other frameworks (Vue, Angular, React Native) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a growth mindset.
