Position 1: Junior Reporting Analyst
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Business, Economics, Information Technology, or related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (internship or project experience in data reporting or analytics is an added advantage).
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong understanding of data analysis tools, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Exposure to Power BI or other visualization tools is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into reporting requirements.
- Good communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Customer Care Associate (6-Month Contract)
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing, Management, or related fields.
- 0–1 year of experience in customer service.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English, Amharic, and Afan Oromo; knowledge of other local languages is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and provide timely support.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
