EthioChicken invites qualified and motivated candidates, including fresh graduates, to apply for the following vacant positions.
Position 1: Accountant (Accounts Receivable)
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance.
Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in finance, accounts receivable, or related fields.
- Experience in accounts receivable, sales order processing, and reconciliation is preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system is an advantage.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer collections and posting activities.
- Process sales orders accurately.
- Support account reconciliation and financial documentation.
- Resolve customer account-related issues.

Position 2: Accountant (Treasury)
Educational Qualification
- Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Experience Requirement
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central software.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax compliance, and financial documentation.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Duty Station:
- Addis Ababa
Position 3: Mechanic
Educational Qualification
- Diploma in Auto Mechanics.
Experience Requirement
- Minimum of 2 years of direct experience.
Job Summary
The Mechanic will report to the Logistics Manager and will be responsible for:
- Routine vehicle servicing.
- Periodic maintenance.
- Repair and maintenance of company-owned delivery vehicles.
- Supporting maintenance of Feed and DOC delivery vehicles.

- Addis Ababa
Position 4: Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Officer
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
- Environmental Science
- Environmental Health
- Occupational Health and Safety
- Public Health
- Environmental Engineering
- Agriculture
- Natural Resource Management
- Social Sciences
- Development Studies
- Related fields
Experience Requirement
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, environmental management, occupational health and safety, compliance, auditing, agriculture, or related areas are preferred.
- Internship, research, project work, volunteer experience, or academic exposure related to ESG, sustainability, health and safety, or compliance will be considered an advantage.
