Position: Junior Data Engineer
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience:
- 0–2 years in data engineering, data analysis, or a related field (internships and academic projects included).
Required Technical Skills:
- Basic proficiency in Python or SQL.
- Foundational knowledge of relational databases and SQL (Azure SQL Database, Big Query, etc.).
- Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, or APIs.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Collaboration:
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to ETL/ELT tools (Azure Data Factory, Apache Airflow, Google Cloud Composer).
- Basic understanding of real-time data processing or streaming technologies (Azure Stream Analytics, Google Cloud Dataflow).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker Studio).
- Knowledge of Business Central ERP or APIs (REST API, Django, FastAPI).
- Interest in DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Docker).
