Available Positions
1. Customer Care Associate
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Management, or related fields
- 0–1 year experience in customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Amharic, Afan Oromo; other local languages preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer systems
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and farmers
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Support sales and marketing activities through direct customer engagement
2. Customer Experience Associate
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Management, or related fields
- Fresh graduates with no prior experience are welcome
- Strong communication skills in Afan Oromo, Tigrigna, or other local languages in addition to Amharic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer systems
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Responsibilities:
- Ensure positive customer experience for all clients
- Engage with farmers and stakeholders to promote products
- Support data collection, reporting, and feedback analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction
