Position 1: Graphics Production – Graphics Design Analyst
Educational Qualification
- BSc Degree or Level V with COC in:
- Graphic Design
- Fine Arts
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Architecture
Experience
- 0 years (Fresh graduates encouraged)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop visual elements aligned with Ethio Telecom’s brand guidelines
- Create high-impact design solutions and artworks
- Ensure consistency across all branding materials
- Review printed materials against approved artwork standards
- Translate design requirements into creative outputs
Required Skills
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Familiarity with creative AI tools is an advantage
- Strong creativity and attention to detail
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Creative Analyst – Telecom Service Creative Content Group
Educational Qualification
- BA Degree or Level V with COC in:
- Journalism
- Communication
- Public Relations
- Marketing Management
- Political Science
- Language & Literature
- Related fields
Experience
- 0 years (Fresh graduates encouraged)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative advertisements and promotional content
- Enhance customer awareness of Ethio Telecom products and services
- Strengthen brand engagement through effective communication
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Creative Specialist – Telecom Service Creative Content Group
Educational Qualification & Experience
Option 1
- Master’s Degree in Journalism, Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation or creative roles
OR
Option 2
- BA Degree or Level V with COC in related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience as:
- Copywriter
- Content Strategist
- Creative Director
- Social Media Content Creator
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver strategic creative content
- Build strong and emotionally engaging brand messaging
- Support advertising and corporate communication initiatives
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Graphics Production – Graphics Design Specialist
Educational Qualification & Experience
Option 1
- Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, IT, Computer Science, or Architecture
- Minimum 2 years of graphics design experience
OR
Option 2
- BSc Degree or Level V with COC in related fields
- Minimum 3 years of graphics design experience
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- InDesign
- After Effects
- Strong familiarity with creative AI tools
- Experience with printing houses or advertising agencies is an advantage
