Position 1: Accountant II
Number Required: 1
Location: Addis Ababa (Head Office)
Qualification:
- BA Degree in Accounting & Finance or related fields.
Experience:
- 2 years of experience as Accountant I or Junior Accountant.
Competencies & Skills:
- Strong planning, organizing, and financial control skills.
- Sound knowledge of financial laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in financial statement analysis.
- Good understanding of insurance business and survey techniques.
- Ability to perform pre- and post-risk survey assessments.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills.

Position 2: Legal Officer II
Number Required: 1
Location: Addis Ababa (Head Office)
Qualification:
- LLB/LLM in Business Law, Corporate Law, or related fields.
Experience:
- 2 years of experience as Legal Officer I or Junior Legal Officer.
Competencies & Skills:
- Strong understanding of legal and financial operations.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in analyzing legal and financial statements.
- Familiarity with insurance business and survey procedures.
- Analytical and investigative abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Position 3: Senior Engineering Officer
Number Required: 1
Location: Addis Ababa (Head Office)
Qualification:
- BSc in Civil, Mechanical, Computer, Electrical, or Auto Engineering, or related fields.
Experience:
- 4 years of experience in insurance company engineering roles.
Competencies & Skills:
- Strong ability to plan, organize, and manage technical and financial activities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial laws and regulations.
- Ability to analyze technical and financial reports.
- Good understanding of insurance business operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Position 4: Disbursement & Budget Division Manager
Number Required: 1
Location: Addis Ababa (Head Office)
Qualification:
- BA/MA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Investment & Securities Management, or related fields.
Experience:
- 8 years for BA holders (including 4 years at senior/principal level), or
- 6 years for MA holders (including 3 years at senior/principal level).
Competencies & Skills:
- Strong financial planning, organizing, and execution abilities.
- Deep understanding of financial laws, regulations, and analysis.
- Solid knowledge of insurance operations and survey techniques.
- Advanced analytical, investigative, and communication skills.
