JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS

Position: Female Sales Representative

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study
Experience: Fresh graduates of 2023/24 are encouraged to apply

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
• Present and explain insurance products to customers in a clear and concise manner.
• Address customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on building relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.

Benefit:

• Commission-based salary with the potential for high earnings.
• Transport allowance of Birr 12,000 per month.
• Telephone allowance of Birr 400 per month
