Position: Purchase Officer
Educational Qualification:
- BA Degree or Diploma in Auto Mechanics, Purchasing/Procurement, or Business Management.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
Minimum Requirements
This position requires a candidate who demonstrates:
- High integrity and strong motivation.
- Knowledge of local market conditions.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in factory or business environments is advantageous.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Under the general supervision of the Procurement and Logistics Department Manager, the Purchase Officer will:
- Purchase materials, supplies, and spare parts from local markets based on approved purchase orders.
- Ensure timely procurement and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers, workshops, and garages to ensure timely delivery for factory maintenance needs.
- Monitor purchase timelines and follow up on all pending orders.
- Maintain procurement records and prepare periodic purchase reports.
