Available Positions
Position 1: Senior Customer Service Specialist (IFB)
Job Requirement:
BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, or related fields
Minimum 1.5 years of experience in banking operations
At least 6 months experience in a Customer Service Specialist (CSS) position
Place of Work: Enat Bank Sumeya Mesjid Branch – Jimma
Salary: As per the Bank’s scale
Position 2: Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
Job Requirement:
BA Degree in Marketing and Communication, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields
Minimum 3.5 years of relevant work experience
Experience in the banking industry is preferred
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Salary: As per the Bank’s scale
Position 3: Branch Manager Grade C
Job Requirement:
MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields with 6.5 years of banking experience
OR
BA Degree in the same fields with 8.5 years of banking experience
Experience Requirement:
At least 2 years as Customer Services Manager Grade B
OR
3 years as Branch Accounts Administrator Grade A
