Available Positions
1. Administrative Assistant
Requirements:
- Diploma/10+3/Level III and above in Secretarial Science & Office Management or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience, preferably in the banking sector.
- COC is mandatory.
- Location: Addis Ababa
2. Human Capital T&D Officer
Requirements:
- BA in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3.5 years experience in HRM, preferably in the banking industry.
- At least 1 year as a relevant officer.
- Location: Addis Ababa
3. Human Capital Management Officer
Requirements:
- BA in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3.5 years experience in HRM, preferably in the banking industry.
- At least 1 year as a relevant officer.
- Location: Addis Ababa
4. Branch Manager Grade C
Requirements:
- MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields with 6.5 years of experience, OR
- BA in the same fields with 8.5 years of experience in the banking industry.
- Experience must include at least 2 years as Customer Services Manager Grade B OR 3 years as Branch Accounts Administrator Grade A.
