Available Positions
1. Driver Mechanic I
Qualification & Experience:
- 8th/10th Grade education
- Public Driving License Level I or Old 3rd Level License
- Dry Cargo driving experience with 2 years of service in driving and mechanic works
- Skills in vehicle servicing and maintenance
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and customer orientation
Salary: As per the Bank’s scale
Location: Addis Ababa
2. Property Management Officer
Qualification & Experience:
- Degree in Procurement and Supplies, Purchasing, Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 3.5 years of experience in procurement and facility management, preferably in the banking industry
- At least 1 year as a relevant junior officer
Salary: As per the Bank’s scale
Location: Addis Ababa
3. Branch Manager Grade C
Qualification & Experience:
- MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields with 6.5 years of experience
- OR BA in the same fields with 8.5 years of experience in the banking industry
- Must include 2 years as Customer Services Manager Grade B or 3 years as Branch Accounts Administrator Grade A
