Position: Cabin Crew Opportunities
Qualifications and Requirements
To join our global cabin crew team, you should have:
- Minimum Education: High school graduate (Grade 12).
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Language Skills: Fluency in written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Height: Minimum 160 cm, able to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Appearance: No visible tattoos while in uniform (covering them with bandages or cosmetics is not allowed).
- Work Eligibility: Must meet the UAE employment visa requirements.
- Personality: Professional, empathetic, customer-focused, and culturally aware.

Salary and Benefits
Emirates offers a competitive, tax-free salary and a range of benefits, including:
- Basic Salary: AED 4,430/month
- Flying Pay: AED 63.75/hour (average 80–100 flying hours/month)
- Average Total Pay: AED 10,170/month (~USD 2,770 | EUR 2,710 | GBP 2,280)
- Meal Allowances: Paid for overnight layovers (credited the following month)
- Accommodation: Company-provided hotel housing in Dubai
- Transportation: Provided between accommodation and airport
- Travel Benefits: Discounted travel for employees and family

- Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (Training and assessment)
- Base: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
