JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS

Position : National Program Officer, Peaceful And Inclusive Societies

Required qualifications

➠ At least a master’s degree in an area relevant for the position.
➠ Excellent oral and written proficiency in English, as well as verbal communication skills.
➠Extensive experience of working with computer programs, applications, and systems.

Required work experience

➠ At least 3 years’ experience working with the thematic area
➠ Have experience from working at an embassy and/or donor partner, or an implementing organization
➠ In addition, the candidate is expected to:
➠ Be pro-active, problem-solving, analytical, and open to learn;
➠ Be results orientated.
➠ Have a good understanding of gender, conflict sensitivity and a human rights-based approach;
➠ Drive a culture of teamwork
