1. School Director
Education:
- MA, BA, or B.Ed in Educational Leadership, School Management, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field.
Experience:
- 0–10 years of experience.
- Senior leadership or administrative experience in an educational institution is an advantage.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Caring and nurturing attitude.
- Strong awareness of child safety.
- High sense of responsibility.
Location: Campus 1, Winget — on the road to 18th Avenue, second pedestrian crossing bridge.
2. Driver
Education:
- Grade 8, 10, or 12 completed.
- Valid Third-Grade or equivalent Light/Public Vehicle driving license.
Experience:
- 2–5+ years of proven and safe driving experience.
- Experience operating school or passenger vehicles is an advantage.
Requirements:
- Clean driving record.
- Excellent punctuality.
- Strict adherence to traffic and child safety regulations.
- Good vehicle maintenance awareness.

3. Property Manager
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Property Management, Facilities Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 4–6 years of professional experience in property or facilities management.
- Proven experience managing medium- to large-scale physical facilities.
- Previous experience in a school or educational campus is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Academy’s facilities, grounds, infrastructure, and property.
- Ensure campus infrastructure is safe, functional, and compliant with safety requirements.
Technical Skills:
- Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Strong computer literacy, including MS Office or facility management software.
Competencies:
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Negotiation and vendor management abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- High integrity.
Language: Fluency in Amharic and English, both written and spoken.
Location: Haya Hulet, behind the Bata Complex building, immediately adjacent to Misrak Dil School.
4. English Teacher
Education:
- MA, BA, BSc, or B.Ed in English Language and Literature.
Experience:
- 0–10 years of teaching experience.
- Senior teaching experience is an advantage.
Requirements:
- Caring and nurturing attitude.
- Strong attention to child safety.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Relevant teaching license such as PGDT or recommendation letters.
Gender: Female only.
Location: Campus 1, Winget — on the road to 18th Avenue, second pedestrian crossing bridge.
