Position: Call Center Agent
Elegance General Trading PLC is seeking motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agents to support the ride-hailing operations of Yango Ethiopia. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide high-quality customer service in both Amharic and English.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any field of study
- Strong communication skills in Amharic and English
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Required Skills

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist drivers and riders with inquiries
- Provide clear and accurate information about services
- Handle complaints professionally and escalate issues as required
- Maintain accurate call records following company procedures
- Support daily operations of the ride-hailing service
