Position: Store Clerk
Educational Requirements
- BA/BSc in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Knowledge, Skills & Competence
- Familiarity with ERP or digital stock management systems
- Strong documentation and record control skills
- Knowledge of warehouse and dispatch SOPs
- Understanding of FIFO and stock movement principles
- Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP data entry)
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Outbound Dispatch Control: Manage dispatch of goods to ensure timely delivery
- Documentation & ERP Recording: Maintain accurate stock records in ERP system
- Reconciliation & Accuracy: Perform regular stock reconciliations and ensure accuracy
- Customer & Transport Coordination: Liaise with customers and transport teams for smooth delivery
- Stock & Housekeeping Control: Maintain organized and safe warehouse environment
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on stock movement and warehouse operations
