JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS

Position 1 : Receptionist

➠ Education : BA Degree in Hotel Management, Secretarial since and other related fields  
➠ Experience : Two Years Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.

➠ Administrative Support
➠ Customer Service
➠ Coordination and Communication
➠ Record Keeping
➠ General Office Duties

Position 2 : Market Research and Strategy Analyst

➠ Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
➠ A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is preferred
➠ Experience : A minimum of 5 years of experience in market research, business analysis, or strategic planning.
• Proven experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research.
• Experience with data analysis tools and market research software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, Google Analytics).

Position 3 : Section Finance Head

➠ Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
➠ Experience : Minimum 6 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles within the construction and batching plant industries.

Knowledge, Skills, and Competence

➠ Computer Proficiency : Strong ability to use computer applications and financial software.
➠ ERP and IFRS Knowledge : Familiarity with ERP systems and IFRS standards.
➠ Communication Skills : Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial data in a clear and concise manner.
➠ Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
➠ Stress Management : Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
