Position 1: Junior Physiotherapist (Fresh Graduates Welcome!)
Education Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Physiotherapy from a recognized university
- No experience required – recent graduates encouraged to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments under supervision
- Develop personalized treatment plans
- Perform therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation support
- Track patient progress (pain relief, reduced stiffness, etc.)
- Refer patients to other specialists when necessary
- Recommend tools or equipment for rehabilitation
- Maintain thorough documentation of treatment
- Communicate progress and collaborate with healthcare teams
- Daily reporting to the branch manager
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Medical Representative
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (Advanced degree is a plus)
- 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical promotion preferred
Core Responsibilities:
- Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams
- Process and track customer orders using digital tools
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good organizational and customer service abilities
- High level of teamwork, market insight, and creativity
