Position Summary: Junior Pharmacist
This role combines pharmaceutical knowledge with field-based promotion and sales responsibilities. The Junior Pharmacist will engage healthcare professionals, promote products, and support business growth through strong customer relationships and market insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities
- Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies
- Conduct regular field visits to healthcare professionals and institutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve sales targets and manage assigned territories effectively
- Gather and report market intelligence (competitors, pricing, trends)
- Deliver accurate product information and presentations
- Support order processing and coordinate with internal teams
- Ensure timely product delivery and stock availability
- Participate in medical events, product launches, and campaigns
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records
