Position 1: Junior Accountant Trainee
Location: Addis Ababa
Level: Entry-level (Fresh Graduate)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily data entry for financial transactions
- Reconcile bank accounts and monitor receivables/payables
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial close processes
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Support generation of financial statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and standards
- Assist senior finance staff in audits and special projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Exit Exam: Passed
- CGPA: Greater than 3.0
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Eagerness to learn and handle multiple financial tasks
- Internship or volunteer accounting experience is a plus
Position 2: Junior CCTV Operator
Location: Addis Ababa
Level: Entry-level (0–1 Year Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live CCTV footage and report suspicious activity
- Maintain system logs and incident reports
- Assist with regular hardware/system checks and troubleshooting
- Ensure proper functioning of all surveillance equipment
- Follow data protection and privacy guidelines
- Cooperate with internal teams or law enforcement as needed
- Operate in 8-hour rotational shifts, including nights and weekends
Qualifications & Skills:
- Level IV Diploma in IT and Hardware (required)
- 0–1 year of relevant experience or internship
- Basic understanding of CCTV hardware and security protocols
- High attention to detail and strong observational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Willingness to work shift-based hours
