1. Junior Graphic Designer
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of relevant design experience (internships or freelance work accepted).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Canva or Figma is a plus.
- Strong creativity, visual sense, and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of layout, typography, and design principles.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- A collaborative spirit and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the design team in creating visual content for projects.
- Develop concepts and layouts under senior designers’ guidance.
- Contribute fresh creative ideas during brainstorming sessions.
- Prepare design assets (resizing, formatting, exporting files).
- Stay updated with design trends.
- Revise work based on feedback and creative direction.
Location: Addis Ababa
2. Sales & Marketing Officer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of sales and/or marketing experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of digital and traditional marketing strategies.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns aligned with client needs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support promotional activities, events, and campaigns.
- Provide regular reports to management.
- Represent Domino Marketing Solution PLC professionally in all interactions.
