Dodai Manufacturing Job Vacancy: Junior Battery Swapper
Dodai is seeking motivated and responsible fresh graduates to join its battery-swapping operations. The successful candidates will help electric two-wheeler riders access fully charged batteries by using a mobile application to coordinate requests and exchange depleted batteries for charged ones.
Educational Qualifications
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Only graduates from the 2025 and 2026 academic years are eligible.
- Relevant technical knowledge or training is required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Confidence in using mobile applications accurately in a work environment, such as delivery, ride-hailing, or logistics services.
- Must have an Android smartphone.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to lift and carry batteries weighing up to 32 kilograms, although the weight may vary.
- Familiarity with electric vehicles or battery technology is an advantage.
- Willingness to perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist electric two-wheeler riders who require battery-swapping services.
- Use the company’s mobile application to manage and support battery-swap requests.
- Exchange depleted batteries for fully charged batteries efficiently and accurately.
- Help ensure riders have convenient and uninterrupted access to battery-swapping services.
- Provide professional and helpful customer service.
- Follow workplace procedures and instructions from the supervisor.
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency while handling batteries and completing assigned tasks.
Working Hours
Employees are expected to work eight hours per day, with working schedules arranged within the time window of 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
