Position 1: Site Administrator
Location: Nekemte Airport Project Site
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years in site administrator roles (construction/property operations required)
- Field coordination experience and administrative proficiency
- Ability to work effectively in a site/camp environment
Core Competencies:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent analytical and forecasting abilities
- Detail-oriented with proven administrative skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in construction companies
- Knowledge of construction administration and management principles
- Fluency in English and local languages
Key Responsibilities:
- Adapt HR policies to Ethiopia’s labor laws and workforce dynamics
- Implement site emergency response and safety protocols
- Coordinate with Addis Ababa HQ on compliance, payroll, and logistics
- Oversee field administration, reporting, and operational workflows
Position 2: Inventory Manager
Location: Lebu Mebrat Hail, DMC Real Estate Building
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in inventory management (construction/real estate sectors)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Office and inventory software
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
Core Competencies:
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills
- Excellent multitasking in fast-paced environments
- High attention to detail with organizational ability
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in inventory management
- Experience with construction materials and real estate asset management
