Position: Digital Marketing Officer
Metropolitan Real Estate is seeking a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Officer to strengthen its marketing team. The role involves managing digital campaigns, creating content, analyzing performance, and enhancing the company’s online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across platforms.
- Create engaging content and design basic digital materials.
- Manage company social media accounts, ensuring timely posts and community engagement.
- Execute email marketing campaigns and support lead generation.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools; provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in digital marketing, content creation, or related roles. Basic graphic design experience required.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital advertising.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies.
- Basic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and email marketing tools.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and writing abilities.
- Creativity with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
- Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
