Digaf Microcredit Provider S.C, a technology-driven microfinance institution, is inviting qualified and experienced professionals to apply for the following positions.
Digaf has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ethiopian Ministry of Labor and Skills (MoLS) to facilitate access to affordable digital loan products for low- and medium-income individuals. The institution aims to provide financial relief through innovative technology-driven financial solutions.

Position 1: Risk and Compliance Officer
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Law, or related fields
- Master’s degree is an advantage
Experience Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in risk management, compliance, internal audit, or financial control
- Experience in banking or microfinance institutions is highly desirable
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and supervisory authorities
- Proven track record in closure of audit and compliance issues
Preferred Professional Certifications
- CRMA, CIA, ACCA, CPA, CFE
- Risk certifications such as FRM or PRM
- Compliance or AML certifications
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Financial Planning and Analysis Manager
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
- Master’s degree is an added advantage
- Professional certifications preferred: ACCA, CPA, CFA (Level I or II)
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Power BI or similar tools is an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of management accounting, costing, and profitability analysis
- Excellent communication and Board-level presentation skills
- High ethical standards, accuracy, and confidentiality
Experience Requirements
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, or Financial Management
- At least 3–5 years in a managerial or senior analytical role within MFIs, banks, fintechs, or regulated financial institutions
- Proven experience in annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and scenario analysis
- Strong experience in capital planning, liquidity management, and funding mix optimization
- Experience preparing Board-level financial reports and dashboards
- Practical exposure to stress testing, risk-adjusted planning, and advanced financial modeling
- Experience supporting strategic decision-making at senior management level
- Familiarity with National Bank of Ethiopia (NBE) regulations and MFI prudential standards is highly desirable
