Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or CoTM Engineering.
- 6 months–1 year of relevant construction/site experience.
- Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, or night shifts when required.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities of site laborers.
- Assign daily tasks according to the work plan.
- Monitor construction progress and quality.
- Ensure materials are delivered on time and in the required quantities.
- Check delivered materials and report any shortages or issues.
- Ensure workers follow site safety rules.
- Maintain daily records of labor, materials, and work progress.
- Report daily progress, delays, and site issues to the Site Manager.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
