We are seeking experienced, driven, and customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our fast-growing team and play a vital role in driving residential and commercial property sales.
Position: Sales Consultant Educational Requirements
- BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields
Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a real estate sales role is mandatory
Key Skills & Technical Competencies
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to analyze property market data
- High-quality customer service orientation
- Familiarity with real estate software tools
- Sales negotiation and closing skills
- Patience, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients for real estate opportunities
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to advise clients on investment potential
- Show residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers
- Prepare and present compelling business proposals to close deals
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets in alignment with company goals
- Maintain regular updates and reports on sales activity
- Promote and represent the company’s brand with integrity
- Ensure all sales activities follow internal company procedures
- Upsell and cross-sell based on client needs
