Position: Sales Consultant
Educational Qualification:
- BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, Civil Engineering, or other related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in real estate sales or a similar position (real estate experience mandatory).
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients to offer property consultancy services.
- Assess client property needs and provide professional advice.
- Conduct market research to identify profitable investment areas.
- Prepare and present proposals to attract and retain clients.
- Show residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers.
- Negotiate the best property deals for clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and updates.
- Promote company goodwill and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow company manuals and procedures in daily activities.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies

- Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
- High level of patience, professionalism, and customer service.
- Ability to use real estate-related digital tools and software.
