JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position 1: Experience Design and Improvement Specialist
Academic and Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Information Technology, Management or related discipline from a reputable university.
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or related fields is added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of six (6) years relevant experience.
Technical Competencies:
- Proven experience in designing and improving user experiences across digital and physical channels.
- In-depth knowledge of customer centric design principles and methodologies.
- Ability to utilize data analytics and customer feedback to gain insights into user behavior and preferences.
- Ability to drive innovation in experience design, exploring emerging trends and technologies.
- Implement cutting-edge solutions to enhance the organization’s competitive advantage in user experience.
- Implement strategies for continuous improvement in the user experience, regularly evaluating and refining design processes.
- Advocate for the importance of user experience in achieving business objectives.
- Project management skills.
Place Of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Branch Relationship Officer
Academic and Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in business administration, banking, finance, management or related fields.
- Trainings and courses in banking operations (IFB, domestic, credit and international banking operations).
Experience:
- Minimum of four (4) years successful experience in banking or customer contact role.
Technical Competencies:
- Business development skills to effectively segment the target market, gather market intelligence and identify opportunities for the Bank to sell its products.
- Commercial awareness to understand and apply commercial and financial principles to business thinking.
- Strong networking skills to establish mutually beneficial relationships with other business people and potential clients and customers in order to grow business.
- Relationship Management skills to effectively perform Relationship Management activities/tasks in a manner that consistently achieves high quality standards.
- Knowledge of Interest Free Banking (IFB) operations, IFB Deposit & Investment/financing products.
- Knowledge of IFB mode of finance/investments and associated risks.
- Knowledge of Shari’ah principles pertaining to IFB business.
