Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, such as:

- Automotive Engineering.
- Chemical Engineering.
- Finance.
- Mining.
- Geology.
- Computer Science.
- Other relevant fields related to the company’s operations.
Eligible Graduation Years: 2025 and 2026.
Minimum CGPA Requirements
- Male Applicants: 3.00 and above.
- Female Applicants: 2.50 and above.
Work Experience
- No prior full-time work experience is required.
- Previous internship experience or participation in extracurricular activities is an advantage.

Graduate Trainee Program Duration and Employment Conditions
The Graduate Trainee Program is designed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical business operations.
Program Duration: 18 months.
Successful candidates will initially be employed on a contractual basis for 18 months. Upon successful completion of the program, trainees will undergo an assessment. Candidates who pass the assessment may be offered full-time employment with Dangote Cement Ethiopia.
Key Responsibilities of Graduate Trainees
1. Departmental Rotations
Participate in rotations across different business units, such as finance, operations, marketing, and information technology, to understand the company’s processes and operational activities.
2. Project Support
Assist team leaders and experienced employees with daily tasks, research, data analysis, and cross-functional projects.
3. Mentorship and Professional Development
Work with assigned mentors and senior staff to learn company policies, organizational culture, systems, and professional practices.
4. Training and Performance Assessment
Participate in assigned training sessions, workshops, and performance assessments to strengthen professional and technical skills.
5. Reporting and Documentation
Document learning progress, present project findings, and receive feedback from supervisors to support continuous improvement.
6. Career Development
Build practical experience and develop the technical, analytical, and leadership skills needed for future responsibilities within the organization.
