Position1: IT Specialist/Data Analyst

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

 Contract Type: Subject to contract award

Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and maintain data management systems for project monitoring.
• Analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights using analytical tools.
• Provide IT support and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Develop dashboards and data visualization tools for reporting.
• Ensure data security and backup systems are in place.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT and data analysis.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software and data visualization tools.

Position2: Rural Livelihood/Financial Inclusion Specialist

Position8: Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor procurement plans aligned with World Bank guidelines using the STEP system.
• Prepare and manage requests for proposals (RFPs), bidding documents, and contracts.
• Conduct pre-bid meetings and clarify technical and administrative issues with bidders.
• Evaluate technical and financial bids, prepare evaluation reports, and provide recommendations.
• Ensure proper contract management and monitor contractor performance.
• Provide training and capacity building for procurement staff and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and standards.
