Position 1: Production Manager
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5–6 years of experience in a transformer manufacturing environment
- Proven experience in production or manufacturing management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in ERP systems and production planning software
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma is a plus
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day production operations
- Develop and maintain production schedules
- Monitor and optimize production processes
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Improve manufacturing systems to boost productivity
- Collaborate with procurement, QC, and HR departments
- Supervise employee performance and training
- Maintain inventory levels for raw materials and finished goods
- Lead continuous improvement and lean initiatives
Work Environment:
- On-site or hybrid (depending on company structure)
- Occasional travel to supplier/partner sites may be required
Position 2: Plant Manage
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- 7–10 years of plant or manufacturing leadership experience
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Proven ability in budget and cost management
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
- Proficient in ERP systems and production planning tools
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee entire plant operations (production, quality, maintenance, and safety)
- Lead and manage manufacturing activities to meet targets
- Develop improvement strategies for quality, cost, and efficiency
- Manage plant budgets and resource allocation
- Ensure HSE compliance
- Mentor and lead staff; build a high-performance team
- Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements
- Report operational activities and performance
- Align plant performance with overall company goals
Work Environment:
- On-site leadership role in a dynamic industrial setting
- Occasional travel to other facilities or company HQ
