Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in multimedia production.
- Proven experience in both camera operation and video editing.
- Experience in a newsroom, corporate communication unit, media organization, or public institution is preferable.

Educational and Experience Requirements

4. Manager – Budget Control and Fund Management
Educational and Experience Requirements
- Master’s degree with 8 years of experience, or
- Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience,
- In Finance, Accounting, Management, or another business-related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a manager.
Required Competencies
- Strong knowledge of budget preparation, cost control, and fund management.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate and effectively direct subordinates.
- Proficiency in financial software and data analysis tools.
