JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position 1: Talent & Development Specialist
➠Education : First Degree in Human Resources, Management or related field of studies.
➠ Experience : At least 5 years relevant work
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
➠ Drives the implementation of the development infrastructure, in anticipation of need, including career paths, capability frameworks, competency definition, curricula design, critical learning interventions and systems.
➠ Develops and manages relationships with external partners in country, such as educational institutions.
➠ Supports the alignment of Learning and Development processes, practices, frameworks and tools, as appropriate.
➠ Implements and reviews effective Learning and Development metrics, to drive and support business performance.
➠ Provides regular feedback of training material quality, effectiveness and data integrity
➠ Supports the on-the-ground implementation, entrenchment and monitoring of CAP processes, guides, progress and gaps.
➠ Evaluates the effectiveness of learning methodologies, including ROI on interventions in country.
➠ Provides Learning and Development support in line with business needs.
➠ Location : Addis Ababa
Position 2 : Business System Coordinator
➠ Education : First Degree in Food Technology/Chemistry/Food Process Engineering/Chemical Engineering
➠ Experience : minimum of 3 years relevant experience in manufacturing
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
➠ Implemented Management System.
➠ Trained Internal Auditors
➠ Training and assessments
➠ Controlled documents and data in all functions
➠ Location : Addis Ababa
