Position 1: Accountant – Accounts Receivable
Education
BA Degree in Accounting and Finance
Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience within an FMCG environment
Experience with large FMCG suppliers is advantageous
Required Skills
Proficiency in Excel and/or spreadsheet applications
ERP finance knowledge and experience is advantageous

Position 2: Administrative Assistant – People & Culture
Education
First Degree in:
Management
Business Administration
Secretarial Science
Administrative Service Management
Or related fields of study
Experience
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
Preferred Skills
Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail
Effective planning and time management abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Good customer service and employee support skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong data management and record-keeping skills
Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced work environment

Position 3: Team Leader – Accounts Payable
Education
BA Degree in Accounting and Finance
Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience within an FMCG environment
Experience with large FMCG suppliers is advantageous
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure accurate payments
Improve operational efficiency
Maintain vendor satisfaction
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
