1. Accountant – Accounts Receivable
Location: Addis Ababa
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within an FMCG environment.
- Experience with large FMCG suppliers is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel and/or spreadsheets.
- Knowledge and experience with ERP finance systems is advantageous.
Job Responsibilities
The Accountant – Accounts Receivable will be responsible for effectively managing and recovering outstanding customer debt through structured collection strategies.
The position will also be responsible for:
- Ensuring timely resolution of credit queries.
- Maintaining accurate customer accounts.
- Supporting cash flow optimization.
- Minimizing financial risk.
- Delivering excellent customer service.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Following credit management procedures.
2. Compliance Officer
Location: Addis Ababa
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance or a related field.

Location: Bahir Dar
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance management in a manufacturing environment.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of maintenance and asset management systems.
- Budgeting and cost-control expertise.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of utilities, processing, and packaging systems.
- Experience with MES and MIS systems.
- Vendor and contractor management skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

4. Cooler Technician
Locations: Jimma and Hawassa
Educational Requirements
- Diploma in Electricity, Electrical Technology, Electronics, General Mechanics, or a related field of study.
Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a technician.
- At least 1 year of experience in refrigeration or AC maintenance, assembly, or fabrication.
- Experience with cold drink equipment or coolers in a bottling or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Formal training or certification in mechanical, electrical, or refrigeration systems.
- Understanding of cold drink equipment and logistics operations within the bottling industry.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and maintenance best practices.
- Proven experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair techniques.
5. Finance Accountant
Location: Addis Ababa
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or postgraduate business qualification is advantageous.
- CA(SA) or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
- HDip in Taxation is an added advantage.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of financial accounting and financial management experience in a corporate or FMCG environment.
- Ability to analyze cash flow and financial data to ensure accurate forecasting and liquidity management.
- Ability to maintain accuracy in daily cash management, reconciliations, and treasury transactions.
- Ability to clearly communicate financial information and updates to stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Ability to identify and mitigate financial risks associated with treasury operations, including currency and interest-rate fluctuations.
- Ability to ensure adherence to regulations, internal controls, and company policies related to treasury activities.
