JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position 1: Line Process Technician
Skills, Experience & Education
➠ First Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field of studies with a minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment.
➠ The position is structured to report to the respective Maintenance Controller and responsible for ensuring minimum down-time (maximum availability) of production lines.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
➠ Executing planned Maintenance Activities
➠ Provided 1st line breakdown support
➠ Constant evaluation done on lines to detect abnormalities
➠ Done focused improvements
➠ Maintained Health & Safety standards
➠ Maintenance and repairs carried out as per works order
➠ Meeting all the quality requirements.
➠ Information collated, documented and feedback provided to relevant customers.
➠ Works order obtained for all planned activities from maintenance planner/ controller.
Location : Addis Ababa
Position 2: Workshop Controller
Skills, Experience & Education
➠ First Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Industrial Engineering or related field of studies with a minimum of 3 years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment.
➠ The position is structured to report to the Unit Manager-Utility and responsible to ensure that the workshop deliver support to the manufacturing operation in regards to manufactured spares, component repairs, supporting labour on maintenance/shutdown activities, project support, welding services, centralized lubrication store and also the refurbishment of routable spares.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage workshop environment.
- Provide engineering expertise & resources for part refurbishment.
- Support Maintenance & shutdown activities.
- Ensure safety
- People Leadership
- Support project and improvement activities
