JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position 1: Graduate- In- Trainee – Human Resource and Finance
Education, Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor of Art in , Managment, Business Adminstration, Accounting and Finance with a CGPA of 3.00 and above.
Only graduates of 2015 or 2016 in Ethiopian Calendar or graduates of 2023 or 2024 in Gregorian Calendar will be considered.

Position 2: Team Leader-Distribution
Education, Experience & Skills:
- First Degree in Logistics and Supplies Chain Management /Accounting/Business Administration or related field of studies
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in logistics environment
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Product Distribution.
- Transport and Logistics Management.
- Reporting and Analysis.
- Ensure safety and housekeeping standards are adhered to including vehicle appearance, condition and cleanliness.
- Conduct initial incident and accident investigations and escalate accordingly.
- Check and ensure that team members monitor planned deliveries versus actual deliveries to obtain the desired customer service levels.
- Check that the drivers and other team members, carry out required basic vehicle and equipment maintenance tasks and any required basic running repairs on the road in accordance with work instructions and maintenance requirements.

Position 3: Electrical Specialist
Education, Experience & Skills:
- First Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field of studies with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in manufacturing environment.
OR
- First Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field of studies with a minimum of 1 year experience as Electrician/Line Electrician in the company.
