Position: SHEQ Manager

Educational Qualification

Applicants must have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Chemistry
  • Biochemistry
  • Chemical Engineering
  • Industrial Chemistry
  • Or a related field

Experience

Applicants should have:

• Minimum of 7 years of Quality Control experience in the beverage industry.
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven experience implementing and managing Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) systems in a manufacturing environment.

Required Skills and Competencies

Successful candidates should demonstrate:

• Strong knowledge of Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) Management Systems.
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Knowledge of local legal and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Root Cause Analysis and corrective action management.
• Trend analysis and performance monitoring.
• Budgeting and cost management skills.
• Capability development, coaching, and mentoring.
• Strong people management and leadership abilities.
• Systems thinking and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with strong decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
