Cheshire Ethiopia is an Ethiopian resident charity working to support the rehabilitation and development of persons with disabilities. The organization provides orthopedic and social rehabilitation services, particularly for children and young people with disabilities in Ethiopia.
Cheshire Ethiopia was established in 1962 by the grandchildren of the late Emperor Haile Selassie, with technical support from Captain Leonard Cheshire.
Position 1: Physiotherapist
Cheshire Ethiopia is looking for qualified Physiotherapists to provide physiotherapeutic treatment and rehabilitation services to patients under the supervision of a Senior Physiotherapist.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should have:
- BSc Degree in Physiotherapy.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Job Summary
The Physiotherapist will work under the supervision of a Senior Physiotherapist and provide physiotherapeutic treatments to patients with medical, surgical, neurological, and circulatory conditions as prescribed by a Medical Officer or Specialist.

Position 2: Agri-Business Coordinator
The Agri-Business Coordinator will support and coordinate agricultural and business development activities, with a focus on agricultural production, dairy, value chains, marketing, and profitability.
Educational Requirements
Applicants should have:
- BA/BSc in Agribusiness.
- Agricultural Economics.
- Agribusiness and Value Chain Management.
- Agricultural Management.
- Or a closely related field.
Professional Experience
Candidates should have a minimum of 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in areas such as:
- Agribusiness.
- Agricultural production.
- Dairy business.
- Agricultural marketing.
- Agricultural value chains.
- Farm business management.
- Related agricultural sectors.
Required Experience and Skills
Applicants should have:
- Practical experience in agricultural or dairy business development.
- Experience identifying markets and developing customers.
- Experience in agricultural product marketing.
- Practical understanding of agricultural value chains.
- Experience working with buyers, suppliers, processors, traders, cooperatives, or other agricultural-sector stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of animal fattening techniques.
- Knowledge of dairy management and crop cycles.
- Experience in business planning and budgeting.
- Experience in market assessment and profitability analysis is highly desirable.
- Strong budget-management skills.
- Basic data-tracking skills.
- Excellent team leadership abilities.
