Position: Sales Person
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales (FMCG, wholesale, or related industry preferred).
- Fresh graduates may apply (0 years’ experience accepted).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Basic knowledge of sales reporting and CRM tools (advantage).
- Minimum education: High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products to existing and potential customers.
- Meet a minimum monthly sales target of 300 cartons.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Assess customer needs and provide relevant product recommendations.
- Monitor competitor activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
- Attend sales meetings, training, and team activities.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: ETB 5,000 – 8,000/month (based on experience).
- Commission:
- No commission on the first 300 cartons sold.
- 0.15% commission on sales revenue above 300 cartons.
- Performance-based incentives and recognition.
