The organization focuses on strengthening human rights protection, improving prison conditions, and supporting systemic justice reforms across Ethiopia. CJ combines advocacy work with direct service delivery in police stations, prisons, and legal aid centers.
Position 1: Legal Aid Service Provider Intern
Required Qualifications
- LL.B Degree in Law (recent graduate or pending graduation confirmation)
- Strong understanding of Ethiopian Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, and Human Rights Law
- High level of empathy, patience, and resilience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work at Kality or Areda Police Stations (Addis Ababa)

Position 2: Projects Intern
Required Qualifications
- LL.B Degree in Law (recent graduate or pending graduation confirmation)
- Strong legal research, analysis, and writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to work in a team-based environment

- Adama (Head Office)
