Position: CCTV Camera Operator
Job Objective:
Ensure the safety of the Bank’s premises, staff, and customers by proactively monitoring and managing CCTV surveillance systems and responding to security incidents in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor overall security footage from the control room using CCTV systems

Guard against theft, robbery, and illegal activities on bank property
-
Record, store, and report all incidents or crimes captured via camera
-
Keep all CCTV footage confidential and secure at all times
-
Conduct real-time surveillance in high-risk areas
-
Report any technical issues with CCTV systems to the Security Manager
-
Maintain CCTV equipment, communication devices, and control room systems
-
Support security investigations with visual evidence when authorized

Carry out any additional tasks assigned by supervisors or the Security Manager
Education & Experience Requirements
Education:
-
Completion of 10th or 12th grade
-
IT Essentials Training Certificate
-
Police or Military Basic Training Certificate
Experience:
-
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in operating CCTV systems
-
Prior Military or Police experience is highly preferred

High level of integrity and confidentiality

Ability to work in high-pressure environments

Good communication and reporting skills
