Position: Marketing Coordinator
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and driven Marketing Coordinator to lead and execute marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will bring both traditional and digital marketing experience and a deep understanding of the financial sector.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in marketing (preferably in banking or financial services).
- Proven success in planning and implementing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing and content creation best practices.
- Excellent knowledge of social media management and engagement strategies.
- Experience organizing and executing corporate events and promotional activities.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Amharic (additional local languages are an asset).
- Analytical mindset with ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with CBE Capital’s brand and business goals.
- Manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Coordinate branding, advertising, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, adapting strategies as needed.
- Organize and manage corporate events, product launches, and media engagements.
- Create engaging content for web, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
