Position: Cashier Accountant
Dema Hope Real Estate is seeking motivated and high-achieving fresh graduates to join its finance team as Cashier Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity for young professionals looking to begin their career in accounting and finance within the real estate sector.
Qualifications
- BSc Degree in Accounting and Finance
- Minimum GPA of 3.5 and above
- No prior work experience required
- Graduates of 2025 or 2026
- Female candidates are given priority
Key Responsibilities
- Handle cash, checks, and credit transactions
- Manage petty cash and prepare bank deposits
- Prepare payment vouchers and record transactions accurately
- Maintain proper financial documentation
- Prepare client invoices and ensure proper bank deposit of collections
- Reconcile daily cash, bank statements, and petty cash records
- Prepare periodic financial reports
- Process supplier payments and reimbursements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations
- Support audit processes and manage inventory records
- Respond to client financial inquiries
