QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum: High school graduate (Grade 12)
- At least 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience
- Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages an advantage)
- Minimum height: 160 cm; ability to reach 212 cm on tiptoes
- No visible tattoos in uniform
- Ability to meet UAE employment visa requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and cultural awareness
- Willingness to manage a demanding work schedule and deliver high-quality service
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide outstanding in-flight customer service
- Ensure passenger safety and comfort at all times
- Work effectively in a diverse, multicultural team environment
- Represent Emirates Airlines with professionalism and empathy
