Position 1: ATM Maintenance Officer and Junior ATM Maintenance Officer
Job Description
- Assist in the daily maintenance and operation of the bank’s ATM s to ensure optimal
- Perform routine checks and minor repairs on ATMs to prevent
- Provide basic technical support for ATM related issues, escalating complex problems to senior technicians.
- Ensure that ATM software and hardware are updated and Functioning
- Participate in the implementation of preventive maintenance
- Conduct regular inspections and cleaning of
- follow established security protocols and report any suspicious
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfac
- Ensure compliance with all relevant standards related to ATM
- Follow internal policies and procedures for ATM
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and
- Assist in other tasks related to ATM operations and maintenance
Job Requirements
- ATM Maintenance Officer1st Degree (BSc) in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Computer Engineering/MIS/ Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Maintenance Engineering or Related Fields with 3 years of experience in ATM Maintenance
- Junior ATM Maintenance Officer:- 1st Degree (BSc) in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Computer Engineering/MIS/ Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Maintenance Engineering or Related Fields
Position 2: Senior ATM Maintenance Officer
Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance and repair of the bank’s ATM network.
- Ensure all ATMs are functioning optimally and address any operational issues promptly.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex ATM—related problems.
- Updated on the latest ATM technologic & integrated new solutions.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize ATM downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to ensure the reliability and security of ATMs.
- Lead and mentor a team of ATN maintenance technicians.
- Ensure all ATNs comply with security protocols and standards.
- Track and analyze ATM performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports on maintenance activities, performance issues, and resolutions.
Job Requirements
- 1st Degree (BSc) in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Computer Engineering/MIS/ Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or Related Fields with 5 years of experience in ATM Maintenance.
Position 3: Manager- ATM Maintenance Division
Job Description
- Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the bank’s ATM to ensure they are functioning correctly.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and ensure the reliability of ATMs.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ATM related issues, coordinating with technical teams to resolve problems promptly.
- Ensure that all ATM software and hardware are up to-date and functioning efficiently.
- Implement and maintain security protocols and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Track and analyze ATM performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on ATM performance, maintenance activities, and key issues to senior management.
- Provide training and support to the ATM maintenance team to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
- Ensure that team members are aware of the la test technologies and best Practices in ATM maintenance.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with ATM maintenance and operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to ensure the bank’s ATM network remains competitive and efficient.
Job Requirements
- 1st Degree (BSc) in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Computer Engineering/MIS/ Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Maintenance Engineering or Related Fields with 9 years of experience and 6 Years Demonstrable Years’ Experience in ATM Maintenance.
