Position 1: Senior Team Leader – Service Transition
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
- Minimum 9 years of relevant experience
- At least 5 years in service transition or release management within banking or regulated environments
Certifications
- Project or Program Management certification
- ITIL certification
Position 2: Senior Team Leader – Platform Development & Integration
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum 9 years of experience
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in:
- System Integration
- Platform Development
- Enterprise Application Development
Certifications
- TOGAF
- ITIL
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Position 3: Senior Team Leader – Fintech and TechFin Partnership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
- Minimum 9 years of experience
- 3–5 years of experience in:
- Digital Banking
- Fintech partnerships
- Payment systems
- Product or platform management
Preferred Certifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- PRINCE2
- Certified Fintech Professional (CFtP)
- Certified Payments Professional (CPP)
- TOGAF certification
- PCI DSS knowledge
